Excel outlines with sharing turned on - no!

Just figured out that you can't create Outlines in Excel (at least in Excel 2002) while sharing us turned on. The "Group and Outline" menu options are disabled. To create an outline, you have to turn off sharing, create your outline, and then turn sharing back on. Note that when you turn sharing off, you lose the history of changes.
